The project ‘Implementing Information and Communication Technology in schools of Hanoi’ (IMIH) started in September 2003 and is based at the Hanoi Retraining College for Teachers and educational managers (HRCTEM). The IMIH project is funded by the Flemish Office for Development Cooperation and Technical Assistance (VVOB) and aims to support the process of implementing ICT in schools of Hanoi, in order to improve the quality of management and teaching and learning in
Hanoi schools.
